Just works

I will be renewing my pet insurance with Bought By Many because they were easy to deal with and paid out for my dog with no problem. I didn’t have to worry about the cost. Policy price was very good compared to others. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

The best dog insurance we have ever had.

Brilliant service,the customer is kept up to date at every stage of their claim by email. The staff are always polite and efficient , ready so sort any problems or answer any questions. Fantastic value and great customer service.

We switched insurance providers due to Direct Lines ridiculously high renewal increase. BBM were charging the same as our old policy with a much lower excess. Claims process is very easy online and their customer service is faultless. Would highly recommend. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Good value
