Brilliant. Easy. Friendly.

My cat has been having trouble with her ear and it has taken several revisits and specialist visits to get to the bottom of it. Bought by Many made it so easy to claim and the staff were so friendly that it gave me one less thing to worry about and I could focus on my cat. With out them and their fantastic policy i don't know what I would have done. Even at the height of the pandemic they processed things as quick as possible and being able to track the progress of my claims on their website was great. They have made the whole.prof as so easy enough hat even my get was pleased when I told her I was with bought by Many as they have made it as easy as they can for the vets as well. An easy to understand policy at a very sensible price. Moreover, you will not be penalised for upgrading or downgraiding cover depending on needs and circumstances. Life is complicated enough, so you want insurance cover that is very very straightforward. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
