I switched to bought by many when my current insurance didn’t cover dental work which I only found out after my cat had, had the treatment. Bought by many make claiming effortless and only paying the excess once a year is very helpful. I will stay with this company for a long as I still have my cats. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

An instance great to deal with... At last!

Unfortunately my little dog had to have an operation for an eye ulcer and Bought by Many were great to deal with when I had to claim costs. The price for the dog insurance is very reasonable as well. So win win! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Best Pet Insurance

I have been with Bought By Many for two years. When I have claimed, there has been no hesitation to reimburse me. I only pay a small excess. Easy to claim online, and friendly, efficient people when you call. I don’t think I’ll be moving to another pet insurance company! Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Absolutely brilliant helping with disasters

Our pet ate some grass in the garden (as they do) but was sick just afterwards and out of sorts. My wife went to check if there was anything in the area of the grass and spotted that a Japanese Anemone had started growing in that part of the lawn. We have never planted this but there it was. Panic get her to the vet and hope it was not the cause and that we could afford the treatment. The bill came to more than we had hoped but on ringing Bought by Many they took over and very quickly dealt with the claim for us. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
