After having a very poorly dog and having to attend the out of hour Veterinary Clinic, BBM were very quick off the mark to pay my claims in full. Always someone at the end of the phone or the computer to answer my queries or put my mind at ease with the claim process. 100% recommend this to anyone looking for insurance. Fair premiums and fantastic claim process

No loop holes just honest insurance

My experience of insurance in the past has involved companies finding a loop hole in order not to pay but I have to say Bought By Many were great, my dog had incredible bad luck twice in a short space of time and they paid in full on two claims, no paperwork required.
