Absolutely brilliant helping with disasters

Our pet ate some grass in the garden (as they do) but was sick just afterwards and out of sorts. My wife went to check if there was anything in the area of the grass and spotted that a Japanese Anemone had started growing in that part of the lawn. We have never planted this but there it was. Panic get her to the vet and hope it was not the cause and that we could afford the treatment. The bill came to more than we had hoped but on ringing Bought by Many they took over and very quickly dealt with the claim for us. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

After having a very poorly dog and having to attend the out of hour Veterinary Clinic, BBM were very quick off the mark to pay my claims in full. Always someone at the end of the phone or the computer to answer my queries or put my mind at ease with the claim process. 100% recommend this to anyone looking for insurance.
