Very efficient

Making a claim with them is easy and from the start of my claim to the completion of my claim, their communication was excellent. They kept me informed of the process every step of the way and when it came to paying out, they paid when they said they would. Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

My dog developed epilepsy. I was able to speak to support staff and although first payment took a while, his enduring condition is covered and subsequent payments have been efficient. I insure three dogs with BBM and I find the premium reasonable Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
