My dog developed epilepsy. I was able to speak to support staff and although first payment took a while, his enduring condition is covered and subsequent payments have been efficient. I insure three dogs with BBM and I find the premium reasonable Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Great insurance cover

They offer good cover, especially for long term health, at reasonable rates. Excess only applies once per year NOT once per illness, unlike some companies! Easy to submit a claim if needed Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

Covered all the life saving treatment our pup needed

Bought by many was always an obvious choicest for us as they had some competitive offeringsike cash back for no claim years. During lockdown our dog became very ill and needed very expensive, life saving treatment such as blood transfusion and 24 hour intensive care from a top Vetinary Hospital. Everyone involved was amazing, our boy made a full recovery and Bought by many handled the claim directly with the vetinary hospital so we didn't have to pay out or claim back. They took away the stress of worrying about financing the treatment when we were already stressed enough as it was.
