I would not hesitate to recommend Bought by Many for pet insurance. I'm a fairly new cat owner and unfortunately after having one of my cats (I had 2) hit by a car after having them just 2 months, I had to make a claim for cremation. As you can imagine, I was heartbroken and found it difficult to talk about it. However, the kindness, empathy and help I received during difficult phone calls meant so much to me and I will always be grateful. It was so nice to feel that I mattered and not just a number. I found bought by many the most economical site on the internet. They had exactly the insurance I needed for my new puppy, without the need for expensive add ones that were prevalent on other sites. I have told everyone I know that has a dog about them Reviewed on: 7th August 2020

I like the way you can customise your insurance to cover all your pets needs, regarding age, any ailments etc....and very competitive price wise too! I enjoy the regular updates, info via newsletter by email keeping me advised of any relevant news stories. I feel comfortable in the fact that should anything happen to my pets, they are covered and I haven’t got to worry about the cost of any treatments they may require. As anew puppy owner pet insurance was daunting however I rang Bought but Many for further clarification on a few queries I had (all answered by various staff in all instances by very knowledgable staff) numerous calls as I kept on having more questions to ask. I opted for bought by many on reviews I had read, the extra services ie 24 hr vets which is part of the service which I have used to answer questions about my puppy at various hours of the night. Great price for what is in offer . I have not had to make a claim and long may that continue however I have every faith in this company should I need to claim Reviewed on: 7th August 2020
