From arriving in branch (Burnley - beautifully decorated office!) we were made to feel very welcome. Beverly was very knowledgeable and efficient in dealing with the PoA for 2 parents and kindly dealing with complicated account closures/transfers. Thank you for you kindness at a challenging time for our family. Also the documentation has already arrived in th epost so very efficient processing of accounts and PoA. The internet failed and therefore I could not complete my transaction. I returned 90 minutes later and tried to complete. The card machine hadn't got proper press buttons and I was unable to use it. I had to collect the Reviewed on: 31st January 2023
