I wanted to visit the branch but when I got there it was closed for staff training. It is a 20 mile round trip to... I wanted to visit the branch but when I got there it was closed for staff training. It is a 20 mile round trip to the nearest and there is no help to get on line. Not good enough! I received account details via post, but had to phone to request an online sign-in password. Line was busy, so they called me back several hours later. Customer support staff member was nice and helpful, but the whole process was dated and inconvenient in a modern digital world. Read more Read less
