Our situation was complex from the beginning (PhD stipend) and there were also a few hurdles along the way but Angela was really helpful and patient throughout the whole process. She was always contactable and had time to answer questions. We always felt she was pushing our application forward and saved us a lot of time and stress and gave us access to offers we wouldn’t have been able to get on our own. I received account details via post, but had to phone to request an online sign-in password. Line was busy, so they called me back several hours later.
