She understood our urgency as the buyers had accpeted our offer and we were ready to instruct solicitors. We had used a highly regarded wealth management company to search for a Buy to let mortgage to release equity against the property to fund a gifted deposit fir my daughter. She in turn requied a first time buyer mortgage with her partner. We were dissatisfied with the wealth management companies proposals from aspects of interest rates and loan values thzt didn't meet the value of a property my daughter hzd agreed to purchase.I appraached Laura Burrows with our challenges. In two stages Laura found exactly what we were looking for, an increased sum for both ourselves and my daughter and partner at a muchimproved % rate such that we met all criteria and were able to appoint solicitors to proceed with the purchase. Very frustrating trying to deal with them: sent a secure message because that’s the channel I prefer because I’m busy during the day at work,... Left a voicemail which then meant I need to ring them and sit in a queue, when they could have just responded to my message so I could read at my convenience.
