Switching to MetroBank was a brilliant move

Any business banking issue we have had, whether we use a branch or their call centre, we have had our issue resolved in a friendly and professional manner. If only, other banks remembered that they have customers and not everything can be resolved by 'going to the website'. Happily continue recommending them to business contacts.
