Fast & Friendly

I opened my business bank account with Metro Bank in August 2022 . They were very helpful in opening my account and we started trading straightaway. Other banks couldn’t give us an appointment for months . Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Overall good business banking service

Very responsive and easy to use

Polite Efficiency Every Day

Metro Bank has always responded positively and promptly with any queries. Any concerns are carefully explained . The bank provides old fashioned courteous service that reminds me how British Banking used to be 30 years ago. Treating customers as individuals is a winning formula. Long may it continue! BANKING SIMPLICITY!

My company had used the services of my previous bank for decades so it was very disappointing when they withdrew from commercial banking in the UK. This meant identifying a new bank that would meet the company's needs with fair and reasonable charges. Metro Bank was a recommendation from a business friend. I was warmly greeted and within an hour of walking through the branch door I had set up a new business account and a personal one too! It was all seamless and the 'online' banking platform is easy to use. A year on from using Metro Bank, I can report to not have any complaints and would recommend the bank to others.
