Easy as ABC

Joined Metro with my new Limited Company, from the very start it was as easy as A B C. Absolute brilliant service. Had a problem with the online banking (my own fault) and had to call, which was painless. So easy to use I Love the app. All in all a top service and bank. This bank is open when u need it.

Metro bank is the best bank in the UK. This bank works for its customers because it is open after you leave work and open at the weekend. It makes business and personal banking stress free because its opening hours recognise that most people work between 9-5pm on weekdays, so would not be able to access in person banking. Many a times u need to go into the bank to sort out online banking errors etc. This bank is 100% customer friendly. This bank thinks outside the box. The staff are always helpful and professional. Even over the phone the staff are very helpful. This bank is disability user friendly. I have dyslexia and I have to pop in every now and then, this bank service is what all banks should aspire to. Quick and Easy

Customer Service excellent
