We moved to Metro from our previous bank as the service they provide is second to none. From our relationship manager Lisa Wortley who is always at the end of a phone to Nic in branch who is super helpful and all the counter staff. Nothing is too much trouble. In our opinion every bank should provide this level of service as standard. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Best for Not For Profit

We are a not for profit voluntary group. We run the society in our spare time on top of our day jobs. Metro are always so helpful and make things easy. Quick to answer phones, not pushed from pillar to post, branches open longer hours, easy to get served. Moving to Metro has been a game changer for us! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
