Always very helpful and open bank accounts quickly.

Metro Bank has proved to offer a much better service than Barclays of Nat West. Nat West have been so bad at KYC procedures that we complained to the financial ombudsman. Metro bank have been very efficient at this. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

Easy, as it should be

Set up a Business and a Current account with Metro and the whole process was very easy. Cards printed while you wait, documentation dealt with - all in a very friendly and polite manner & done at a time when all the other High Street banks would be closed! Highly recommended. Breath of fresh air

I have moved to Metro six month ago and have been in contact with my manager on a regular basis since.In contrast Barclays my previous bank for 50 years did not even contact me when I left and have not heard from the since. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023

They are simply, the best!

Excellent bank, located in the high street, as opposed to online. Very friendly staff, offering high level service. Made life very easy for me, when transferring my business account from previous bank. You can't really ask for more! Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
