Friendly Bank

Nice and knowledgeable staff

I have been Metro Bank customer for about 2 months now and I was amazed by the way I was welcomed and greeted by the staff when I called the office and I visited the Branch in Southampton. The staff were knowledgeable. The reason for my visit is to get a loan. She connected to Ratesetter and enter my details. Event however I couldn't get the loan as a results of my details she assured me to come back in 2 or 3 months and hopefully I would get a loan with better records and details. I really love banking with Metro because for about 7 months now since banking with metro, everything is easy, there is so many advantages I found, if you forget your pin number, just pop in get new in 10 minutes
