Patient, quick, easy, nice!

One of the stuff members was approachable and was easy to talk to and didnt make me hesitate to ask questions. He was generally nice and smooth with his service and as a friend. Reviewed on: 9th April 2021

Overall Great

if I need to put money on my account, it is always very easy, and setting up my account has been quick and easy too. The staff are all very nice and helpful and patient too. The mobile banking app, is very simple and easy to understand, and the interest rate is very good. Amazing Bank

Problems

Very slow low end bank.Problems such as card declining when money inside card.Had to reset pin because the pin wasn’t correct overall long process. Reviewed on: 4th April 2021

Friendly staff

The staff in the High Wycombe branch are always smiling and friendly when my son goes in to deposit money. They listen to his chat and we never feel rushed. The young saver account is a great way to encourage saving by children. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2021

Customer service
