MiPet Cover is no longer selling new pet insurance policies, but existing policies are still running.

Replacement policies continued on or after the 1st of May 2025 are with Petcover and Allianz. Policies with renewal dates on or before the 30th of April 2025 are with Insurance Factory Limited.

Mipet is easy to claim from, has good levels of cover and options for most pets. Some breeds are excluded, but all round good cover. love the 4 weeks free. Reviewed on: 20th July 2021

Why wouldn't you at least look

A very reasonably priced insurance for excellent cover, especially knowing the growing knowledge and therefore expense of veterinary treatment. I love the fact that you can adjust the cost and cover to suit each individual pet and my pocket. Reviewed on: 19th July 2021

Long Processing time

clear, precise and payout

I swapped my 2 dogs pet insurance over about 1 year ago, until recently I had not had to claim(thankfully :)) . Recently my dog was poorly. They were very good and paid out a direct claim quickly. Setting up the insurance was also easy with the helpline there for any assistance. Reviewed on: 19th July 2021

Whats not to like

Clear policy wording, competitive monthly plans and Direct claims with your veterinary practice ! Not made a claim (luckily!), but have spoken to a couple of insurance advisors and they are very helpful and informative Reviewed on: 19th July 2021

Annual premium increase leaves them languishing behind PP and BBM IMO!

The cover/options/etc are all good but the annual price hike above inflation of vet fees for that breed from the previous year (BBM) or overall veterinary fee inflation (PP) leaves MiPet behind these 2 unfortunately! Reviewed on: 19th July 2021
