This is my second policy. The first one unfortunately didn’t get used as our cat unexpectedly passed away within the first 14 days. The team were very understanding when I cancelled the policy. We have since adopted another cat and the policy was easy to set up and a fair price. Also settle direct with our local vet which is good. Hopefully we won’t need to use it! When Taking out out policy for our cat Oz the lady we spoke to was very polite professional and knowledgeable, even when it came to enquiring about making a claim we were advised the best way to do this so that we were looked after in the best possible way financial, we will be renewing out policy once the current one expires.
