MiPet Cover is no longer selling new pet insurance policies, but existing policies are still running.

Replacement policies continued on or after the 1st of May 2025 are with Petcover and Allianz. Policies with renewal dates on or before the 30th of April 2025 are with Insurance Factory Limited.

Generally seem good but very slow to process claims

I was given 4 weeks free for MiPet insurance from my vets & unfortunately my puppy was poorly almost immediately so I have been tied in to them. They seem ok but did take several months to process a claim. As they are directly linked to my vets I would have expected a quicker turn around. Once the claim was finalised though they did pay out quickly. Reviewed on: 12th July 2021
