Mipet, excellent and easy claims Mipet has always settled claims as quickly as the vet sends them in. Only downside is premium is quite high. Reviewed on: 20th August 2026

MiPet Cover is no longer selling new pet insurance policies, but existing policies are still running.

Replacement policies continued on or after the 1st of May 2025 are with Petcover and Allianz. Policies with renewal dates on or before the 30th of April 2025 are with Insurance Factory Limited.

Injured dog dealt with efficiently

I called about my dog having a substantial injury that would require specialist treatment and I had the claim form in my email within minutes and the procedure had been fully explained to me. Reviewed on: 12th July 2021

I re joined with my new dog after my last dog passed. They made things so simple, I had to do very little. Between the vets and MiPet everything was taken care of very quickly. I was in no way capable at the time to do anything. I will always appreciate this. Thank you Reviewed on: 12th July 2021

Cheap and hassle free!

Cheap and hassle free! Was offered MiPet Cover when I registed to my local vets and have been very happy so far, good communication and simple set up. Fortunately I haven't had to use the insurance yet but it does bring peace of mind to me and George! Reviewed on: 12th July 2021

Very good, affordable service

Really happy with the service from the HPC, cover for both my cat and Dog. It takes the pressure off having to remember to purchase flea and worming treatment, and when vaccinations roll by it's already covered, so no nasty suprises! Reviewed on: 12th July 2021
