MiPet Cover is no longer selling new pet insurance policies, but existing policies are still running.

Replacement policies continued on or after the 1st of May 2025 are with Petcover and Allianz. Policies with renewal dates on or before the 30th of April 2025 are with Insurance Factory Limited.

Although I've never had to use the service, it is so good to have handy if anything happens to my doggo that is Pepsie. I personally love the monthly newsletters that have that 'personal touch' just by addressing it to myself and Pepsie. I love that the cost of the insurance is relatively cheap and covers my pet for anything should she get injured on her travels or come down with an illness. I look forward to spending many more years with Pepsie and having her covered by MiPet Cover just incase we ever need it! p.s. Keep up the good work! :D Reviewed on: 14th September 2020

Top class pet insurance at a realistic price

I have a multi policy for my 3 dogs and 1 cat. I started off changing over one dog and my cat, but when the other dogs renewal came up I swopped them in too. I have had to make a claim and found the process really easy. I was kept updated until settlement. Great customer service! Reviewed on: 14th September 2020

If it weren’t for the amazing covered provided I would never have been able to afford to save my Cats life after he was run over resulting in a snapped leg a collapsed lung and multiple minor injuries. Without insurance I would have had to put Milo down. Reviewed on: 14th September 2020

Amazing, helpful, know their members and pets

Super helpful, friendly staff, showed interested in myself and pet, asking her name, breed, age, how she was settling in, was it my first dog, the list goes on. It was lovely to speak to a normal person and not a robot. Easy and straight forward to set up, flexible and reliable company.
