MiPet Cover is no longer selling new pet insurance policies, but existing policies are still running.

Replacement policies continued on or after the 1st of May 2025 are with Petcover and Allianz. Policies with renewal dates on or before the 30th of April 2025 are with Insurance Factory Limited.

We were lucky to get the 4 weeks' free insurance for our new puppy, who the following week needed veterinary treatment. We claimed through the vets no hassle. We're now upgrading to a full plan. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2020

The cover is simply explained and understandable and jargon free. I'm able to have peace of mind with complete assurance that the policy will cover my cat, Olive, whenever any serious developments occur with her health. Really simply to get set up and good rates. Only thing that's let you guys down literally this last week is your systems - I've received countless automated emails saying that I don't have a policy with you after Walkaway cover expired. Then I had a phonemail about it. Through the phonecall we confirmed what I already knew - that I do indeed have a policy with you! But yet even after this was confirmed I still receive your emails saying I need to act fast/you're sorry I've walked away from MiCover! The chap on the phone was literally faultless in terms of politeness and was a real pleasure to talk to. I am getting fed up of your automated emails though...for this you've lost a star.
