Terrible communication

I contacted Mojo Mortgages this past July to seek quotes for a new mortgage. They assured me that they would keep me informed of any rate reductions. Regrettably, this was not the case. I found myself persistently chasing Mojo for the latest offers and to progress with applications. Their service appeared to be too much for them to handle efficiently.
