I am using Monese since I first came in the UK in 2018, I needed a simple and useful way of managing my payments and receiving my salary, since then Monese has been my best friend with amazing features, great and fast customer services and most importantly a friendly and simple user interface making all my money related needs very easy to manage. I had a problem with a transaction that was made from my Monese account to Revolut and the money got “lost” on the way, the lady from customer service was really helpful and had great communication skills that helped her solve my problem faster and keep my temper on a very good level, all my respect!
