Monese does fulfill my basic expectation that a bank must be reliable. I also find it very innovative, as I could open an account online very easily, and I can manage it via an app. The international exchange rates are fair as well. One of the few difficulties I have experienced is when I pay in cash, it does not appear on my account instantly, only in one buisness day, which is already an improvement compared to the couple of days as it used to be. The other drawback is that the card is not accepted everywhere (e.g. I cannot use Uber with it). Reviewed on: 20th November 2018
