Great agents, mediocre contact methods.

Speedy process, however there are some gaps in the service provided. The colleagues were helpful when I could get hold of them however, I struggled to make contact via the number provided. The online link also states that there is a live chat function but this is non existent. Most of the contact was on agents' terms, even when I was asked to respond to a text message I never received a response. This does not take away from the agents that supported me. Great service but contacting someone is difficult

Great service very quick at sorting things out but a nightmare to try and get through via phone when problems or delays arise just couldn’t get through and live chat will only pass on a message for someone to contact you. Reviewed on: 26th February 2026

I was very nervous to call but the advisor was incredibly kind, empathetic and non judgemental, They made me feel like a person and not a failure, knowledgeable staff who gave me clear expert advice tailored to my specific situation, Mia is fantastic which made experience a pleasant one, with my DRO in place now, they turned my financial despair into hope for a better future, My experience has definitely been positive, Thank you Money Wellness, and a big shout out to Mia...
