They explained everything to me in a very clear way and helped find the best solution for me. Natasha was my approved intermediary and she was incredibly efficient and helpful. Very difficult getting to speak to an advisor when J called. Constantly on hold. I would receive multipule calls from different MW operatives about the same thing. Poor communication between staff members. Reviewed on: 24th February 2026
