Very helpful in the beginning and lots of great information. I felt once the DRO was approved the pressure and communication was more than someone in this situation may be able to handle, multiple calls on texts daily requesting me to sign as soon as possible which was a little overbearing. Also one lady who was trying to make me sign when I wasn’t ready got a little frustrated and started speaking very quickly and seemed annoyed she couldn’t get me to sign there and then. Although I had a few issues getting through initially, my DRO was sorted and accepted by the Insolvency Service within a week from start to finish. The agents were helpful, non judgemental and knowledgeable. They even rang me to complete parts of the form, I didn't have to chase. Reviewed on: 1st July 2025
