Choose a different company There is no way to contact any department after the application has gone through, no log in information to downlaod paperwork. Not trustworthy at all. Reviewed on: 4th June 2026

I felt supported

The experience, although very challenging. Money Wellness were extremely clear about the steps and what options they would recommend and why. At no stage did I feel pressured. I was feeling quite embarrassed about having to go down the DRO route, but the team at Money Wellness completely put me at ease. The advisors were incredibly friendly, informative, and non judgmental throughout the whole conversation. The entire process was so quick and straightforward. In fact, my DRO was approved just two days after my call with them! I cannot thank them enough for making a stressful situation feel so manageable.
