pretty straightforward, easy to understand and very efficient. Telephone manners were outstanding. Application process was very long ,and formal information required was a bit overwhelming as I've forgotten more than half of it midway through a 3 and a half hour call. Reviewed on: 24th April 2025

Lee was amazing and so understanding
