Lee could not have been more helpful considering I had been burying my head in the sand for a long time he made me feel safe, accepted and like I wasn’t to blame and for me I could not have asked for more. I had tried and failed many times to see a DRO through because I found it so hard and without Lee I would have still been in that downward spiral. He really is a credit to your company and I am extremely grateful for all of his help. The process was straightforward.

The process was quick and straight forward. I did not hear from anyone after i uploaded my evidence. 6 days later I reached out by phone and completed the next stage.
