From start to end the agents were very helpful, very informative. Ensured that when I didn't understand they explained in a different way. They ensured I knew what was happened and what the next steps would be. Very friendly and I was very comfortable speaking to these as I do have social anxiety and some calls can make me feel like I want the ground to swallow me up. Absolutely would recommend.
