Jamie and Kia was extremely Helpful . Kia was brilliant and I’m very Greatful for all her help . Because I have no one to help me with the situation I’m in , the DRO was accepted. Repetitive form/excellent phone service

I would've scored full marks but found the online form very repetitive and took longer to complete than it should have. The phone part was the complete opposite and the lad I spoke to was very efficient and knowledgeable. Explaining each part clearly and concisely, he also listened and gave relevant time to reply.
