Ive had a super stressful and shameful time, my debts built up on me, we were struggling to live, its been terrible, i finally took the hard step with reaching out for help. I was welcomed and most importantly not judged by money wellness, it was all sorted in one phone call. Mia made me feel safr and looked after, she sent me a direct email for me to message her anytime for help and advice, after i signed my documents I started getting overwhelmed with waiting. I emailed mia and she was straight back to me. This is a shameful and delicate time in a persons life, mia and the lovley agent who helped me before her, totally understand this!! I was in a mess and didn't know where to turn ,was in soo much debt ,but your company was so reassuring and friendly and put me at ease ,and guided me through all the levels I had to do ,and took time to be patient and assist me greatly to complete all form and I passed and got the DRO accepted and now I look to the future debt free Reviewed on: 4th June 2024
