FANTASTIC customer service and easy process

Wow the process was so much easier than i originally thought it would be , all the staff are so lovely and explain everything in detail , literally took a few days from my appointment to the end! I would recommend having all your documents up to date and to hand makes the process easier on both sides , after 10 bloomin years I can finally start to get my finances back on track and there’s no better feeling !!
