Friendly and Helpful

I was very worried about the whole process as thought I was going to be judged for getting in such a financial mess and for waiting so long before getting help but it wasnt like that at all. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and helpful and explained the process well. Reviewed on: 17th July 2024

Excellent Service

I contacted Money Wellness because I had built up credit card debts and could no longer afford the monthly payments.I explained everything to them and they didn't judge me at all they just wanted to help me the best they could.After several phone calls I finally got approved for a DRO and it's all thanks to Money Wellness I feel much better now and looking forward to the future. At all times we were treated with kindness and empathy. I felt totally safe in the advice we were being given and could not fault anyone we spoke to. I suffer extremely badly from anxiety, but at no time was I made to feel worse, in fact the really calmed my nerves and showed me a way of getting out of my debt anxiety. Thank you to all of you.
