Patient and empathic

Hard process personally but everyone I spoke to was empathetic and patient. My only gripe would be not being able to communicate as promptly to ease any anxieties I may have had. However they have made the process as easy and straightforward as possible. Reviewed on: 23rd March 2024

Every single member of staff has been helpful, supportive and non-judgemental. The process was clearly explained from start to finish, with support available every single step of the way. There was no pressure to choose any of MW solutions; and the best one for my personal circumstances was found for me, resulting in peace of mind and financially worry-free future. I cannot recommend this company and the team dealing with my application highly enough, and I particularly appreciate the patience of my personal financial advisor - who adapted/updated my application a few times.
