Service and communication was excellent.

Service and communication was excellent. I was absolutely clueless about how to sort out my debt problems but the advisor Aaron guided me through it all start to finish. Everything was explained in a way I could understand it. :) Reviewed on: 30th May 2026

Good but could be better

Overall customer service was good and Emma who we dealt with to finalise the DRO was amazing. We also dealt with a gentleman who was very helpful. However one customer advisor that we dealt with on 2 occasions was awful. She caused distress to myself and didn't seem to want to actually help. Reviewed on: 30th May 2026

Very helpful Staff

Having to go over all my expenses felt overwhelming. But but speaking to the person over the phone really helped as they were patient and understanding of my situation and sounded like she genuinely wanted to help. I was about to not go through the application because the anxiety but I am glad the last step was handled by someone working at Money Welness. Reviewed on: 30th May 2026
