I had a great experience with money wellness. They helped me through my application and explained everything in great detail making sure I understood what would happen next and was it would look like. During the conversations everyone was very respectful and understanding to my own circumstances and my advisor was amazing, making me feel at ease whilst going through the application. More clarity and appointed advisors

Was confusing at times as texts and phone calls were received from what appeared to be different advisors. This lead to a lack of clarity regarding what was required in terms of documents ti move the application forward. Pathway and communication could have had more clarity. Reviewed on: 16th May 2026
