Money Wellness helped me with my DRO

i was really anxious about the process of everything, i’ve been really scared about proceeding with the DRO but after being referred by StepChange my journey couldn’t have been any easier. everyone i communicated with at Money Wellness was kind, empathetic and just really thoughtful throughout the process. i don’t see myself getting in to any future money problems, but i would definitely recommend this service to anyone that needs it. DRO application, 1st class service

Ahman was great from the start explained everything really well,and put me really at ease, few problems trying to call but someone got back to me the day after everytime, this could be the only critisim, Overall from first call to receiving my DRO approved it took 11 days amazing! I have had to retire from work at 53 because of mental problems I don't like speaking to anyone for a long time and things just got out of hand I had no choice but to get advice the lady I spoke to was so nice and understanding I wish I could speak to her again and say thank you coz I didn't feel like I was a failure for getting myself in this mess Reviewed on: 13th May 2026
