Really helpful and understanding advisors. I was reassured throughout the whole process, I didn’t feel judged about my situation if anything the advisors were fabulous. Everything was so easy to do, I had my online portal which was very simple to work, and uploading all my information and files were shown to me step-by-step so everyone at any level of confidence with technology can access it. Started by speaking to a lovely gentlemen called Liam and we spoke about my personal circumstances and found what solution would be best for me. Then I was passed on to another lovely lady called Natasha who dealt with the rest of my case. They were both incredibly helpful and supportive.
