Communication about the progress of transfer of a Cash ISA from another bank offering a lower interest rate was excellent and reassuring. Moneybox were most helpful when due to an address anomaly the transfer bank ( Virgin) delayed the transfer, all was sorted out successfully in the end. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

Very user friendly app giving a host of solid financial advice. Particularly like savings value predictions over time as well as very competitive interest rates on the cash ISA.
