Customer service improvements

I had an initial bad experience with customer service trying to sort my accounts automatic payments, however they turned it around after a survey and proved great customer service fixing my issue. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026

I’ve found the Moneybox app to be brilliant and very easy to use. Transferring money between accounts is straightforward, and there are plenty of helpful resources and services available. These have been especially useful while I’ve been saving for my first home. I’ve also used the chat function a couple of times and received quick, helpful responses each time. Easy to use, easy to start up, the round up features...

Easy to use, easy to start up, the round up features and boosts make saving simple. I also like how clear and I that I’ve it is to track my savings and isa contributions. Really great app for saving and investing

Very straightforward way to save money for a house. Deposits are really easy and they have useful reminders on how much left you can save within allowance etc. I have also started investing through them which I found intimidating at first but the app makes it very simple.
