Easy to use.

Easy to use. Sometimes customer service is not brilliant, but that’s the same for all customer service for all companies. Slow to respond but do answer questions and provide an SLA of 2 days so it is expected to be a relatively long wait time, could use improvement to provide answers quicker. Incredibly easy to set up, very accessible. Interest rates incredibly competitive, excellent breakdowns of what you’re earning, how you could earn more. App and UI are industry leading. The moneybox app is super easy and user friendly to use! Very well described user guide in terms of signing up for an account. The FAQs on the app is very well written and practically answers all the common queries! I only struggled to get in touch with the customer service team with regards to SIPP but I supposed they must be super busy especially approaching the end of the current fiscal year!
