Always 10/10 customer service, and I recommended a feature which they implemented. They then reminded me when they implemented it that the feature was now available if I wanted to use it. they always have good rates as well. Reviewed on: 27th March 2024

Moneybox ISA fantastic for First Time Buyers

I opened my ISA to save for a deposit a few years ago, after it was recommended, and cannot say enough good things about it. Even made my boyfriend opened one as their interests are great, easy to open, easy to manage, and people are always available to chat too so that is just great. Reviewed on: 27th March 2024

Brilliant

Whenever I have needed to contact Moneybox, they have always been entirely helpful. They are quick to repsond and help in anyway they can. I transferred an ISA from another bank to Moneybox and it was definitely the right decision.
