Interest rate halved since opening

my experience with money box app is excellent. When I open mu account at first, there was a mismatch with my name on UKVI and bank details. So it was troublesome at first to top up. I emailed and the team contact me was fabulous. They fixed it and I could easily top up my account. I am very happy about this product and process. Wish to succeed my home dream in 2028. Overall a great service

App interface is very easy to use and navigate. If you have an issue it is usually resolved very quickly and the customer service team take the time to explain things. Information is tailored to your situation and gives you confidence on how to invest further. Reviewed on: 7th April 2026

I had a help to buy but wanted something more flexible - the life time ISA does everything I need with incredible rates. I love the app & that it tells you your total with interest earned - keeps you motivated to continue saving! Reviewed on: 7th April 2026
