The best savings app I have ever used

I LOVE the Moneybox app. Not only does it look great, it's super easy to use too. Using the Moneybox has enabled me to save in ways I would never have thought of. The round ups are one of my favourite features - I always use the Super round ups to save that little bit extra per transaction, a you barely notice it coming out of your debit card balance. It's just so convenient and so innovative. I am using my Lifetime ISA to save to buy my first home and quite honestly, I wouldn't be as close to my savings target if it weren't for Moneybox. I like to think I was a good saver before I opened my Moneybox account, but I really wasn't!! I have recommended this app to so many of my family and friends who are now using it too. I honestly would be stuck without it! Thank you Moneybox for being so reliable, providing me with all the tools I need, from learning and stocks and shares, to having access to speak with mortgage advisers - the Moneybox app really is GENIUS!! Changed future

I started off with a Moneybox Lisa & have now opened a S&S isa, pension & 32 day savings account. I didn’t have any before but Moneybox have made it so easy to understand everything that I now have confidence & have changed my future. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Easy to navigate UI, great interest rates and even better customer service.

The Moneybox UI is fantastic, really easy to navigate, switch accounts and offers a wide range of other related tools like learning hubs for things like cryptocurrency and stock markets - excellent for beginners and experienced users. The interest rates on all accounts are constantly updated so they are matching, or near enough the market best. I have only had to use customer service a couple of times over my time with Moneybox and both times were pleasant experiences - fast replies, accurate information and solved the problems perfectly. I would (and already have on a few occasions) recommend this bank to friends and family, to take advantage of a great product. Newsletters aren't too rare or too frequent, and contain relevant information to accounts. There seems to be a slight lean towards pushing their mortgage and retirement products which isn't necessarily relevant to everyone - so a brief check on the tailoring of this marketing could be beneficial but it isn't the end of the world. Overall, I have had at least a 9/10 experience whilst using Moneybox over the last few years, and in most cases a 10/10. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023

Supportive and easy to use

Moneybox has been the best experience I've had with banking. When I could switch accounts to get a better interest rate, they highlighted this. The app is full of useful information and was the catalyst for me beginning to out together a better pension plan. Reviewed on: 8th February 2023
