I am pleased with Moneybox

I switched a LISA to Moneybox as their interest rate was much better. I felt quite attached to my old provider’s app but I am now rather fond of Moneybox’s app - no complaints here. Reviewed on: 26th February 2026

Good for a LISA

Used this provider for my lifetime ISA, had it for about four years and enjoyed the insights it gives to the saving. Also had helpful features like roundups. When it came time to actually cash in and buy the house, the process went mainly smoothly but did take some time for funds to be released to solicitors which delayed exchange. The app is good and clear.

The app is good and clear. Although never had a bug or experienced any problems with the staff, I would suggest less cluttered screen. Just one too many action suggestions (read, check, open etc.) on the starting screen. I still give it 5 stars for functionality, good use and available help. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026
