Easy, well presented Very good interest on most ISAs. Easy to apply, easy to view progress. Not advertised that only on type of cash ISA is available. Reviewed on: 4th September 2026

First ever LISA with Moneybox

I started by first ever LISA with moneybox. The interest awarded at the time was the market leader and upon joining i was met with a gamefied approach to saving which for the first time ever got me excited about saving money. This, as well as a very well designed interface for the app, and the ample information avaiilable for understanding a variety of economic processes (mortages, taxes etc) kept me very satisfied with joining moneybox. The only downsound is that thier cash ISA isn't unlimited withdrawal or flexible unlike competitors, which offer practiaclly similiar interest rates. In terms of lifetime ISA, really really good. seriously good. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

No complaints at all - the app is both navigable and well-designed, customer service has been great the handful of times I’ve needed to reach out, and most importantly I feel rewarded when I deposit into it. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

Great Service and Interest Rates

The Moneybox app is so easy to use and user friendly. The product is great and I enjoy the interest rate. I feel it’s setting me up well for my retirement. I have recommended Moneybox to my partner and sister and both joined. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

Fee structure and helpful staff

I’d like to see the option to pay fee’s from my current account then selling down my funds and given the fee’s for using Moneybox this seems fair especially when other investing apps of a similar cost offer this. I find staff very helpful and it’s good to see the app often receives updates. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

The App is brilliant and super easy to use

I am saving using the lifetime ISA and a stocks and shares ISA, the app is so user friendly and easy to navigate and really makes saving easy and accessible, all of the know how articles are also really useful and concise and explain things in an easy to understand way, I don’t think I would have my LISA with anyone else! Good features such as Round Ups and Pay Day Boosts.

Good features such as Round Ups and Pay Day Boosts. This allows me to keep on track with my monthly transfers into my account and I can see the number go up ever much. The government bonus is a massive motivator for me to keep up the saving. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025
