It’s a great app that has allowed me to start saving for my first home. It is extremely easy to use and there is plenty of information available that has helped me utilise the app and manage my money better. Easy to use. Sometimes customer service is not brilliant, but that’s the same for all customer service for all companies. Slow to respond but do answer questions and provide an SLA of 2 days so it is expected to be a relatively long wait time, could use improvement to provide answers quicker.
